I'm a wife, mom and grandma and I love all those roles. . One of my goals for 2011 was to get back to a comfortable weight.
2011 specific "physical" goals
1. Average 8 hours of sleep and start those 8 hours before 10:30 at night.
2. Get all 5 servings of my fruits and vegetables daily.
3. Exercise 5 days a week.
4. Drink my 8 glasses of water.

Rewards for weight loss in 2011
1. Scales read 160: buy month at the YMCA.
2. Scales read 155: ...

I love your background! I'm back to counting calories! It's the only way I have ever consistently lost weight. I am too tempted by carbs to do the low carb diet! emoticon

Yeah, I've been really tired. I think it maybe lack of iron, since I rarely eat red meat now. Also, William didn't sleep, but maybe 3 hours last night. So everyone is tired today with the exception of Lucas! emoticon
