My Goals:
Run a marathon fall 2009 and do a sprint triathlon in spring 2010.

Trying to lose the last 15 pounds and finding it very difficult. I have been aroung 137-140 for months!!!!

My Program:
Run run and more running! I run 4-5 times a week that are made up of speed, temp, recovery and long runs. I do 2 45 minutes of strength training a week, one is focused on upper body and the other is focused on lower body. I take a 15 minute ab class at my gym 3 times a week, and also take a bootcamp and sports condition class as well!

Personal Information:
Live in the DC Metro area.

Other Information:
Just started a book club on facebook last month called the Book Club BBC 100 List for those that are interested.

Love the outdoors. Used to live in Maine and miss all the great hiking and seaside views!

Fellow VB Rock n' Roller too. Good luck with the run on Sunday. Thankfully the hurricane has past and we can get good weather to run in.
