Run a marathon fall 2009 and do a sprint triathlon in spring 2010.
Trying to lose the last 15 pounds and finding it very difficult. I have been aroung 137-140 for months!!!!
Run run and more running! I run 4-5 times a week that are made up of speed, temp, recovery and long runs. I do 2 45 minutes of strength training a week, one is focused on upper body and the other is focused on lower body. I take a 15 minute ab class at my gym 3 times a week, and also take a bootcamp and sports condition class as well!

Love the outdoors. Used to live in Maine and miss all the great hiking and seaside views!
