What can I say? I've tried to lose the excess weight for over 28 years now. But the darn stuff keeps finding me again!! OK, stupid fat jokes aside, I am really concerned about my health this time. The long-term obesity is taking it's toll on my body (sore joints, can't catch my breath after climbing just 1 flight of stairs, sleep issues, etc.). I need to get down to a healthy weight, eat better, and start moving my butt!! My first goal is to lose just 10 pounds in 6 weeks. That doesn't ...

The long-term obesity is taking it's toll on my body (sore joints, can't catch my breath after climbing just 1 flight of stairs, sleep issues, etc.). I need to get down to a healthy weight, eat better, and start moving my butt!! My first goal is to lose just 10 pounds in 6 weeks. That doesn't sound any where near as scary or overwhelming as stating that I need to lose 130+ pounds! Wish me luck (I'm going to need it by the bucketfulls)!!
