I need control! I am an admitted control freak and make no excuses for it whatsoever. So, why then is my weight at 281.4 and I am now pre-diabetic? Because I have made controlling myself the least of my concerns. Now I am making myself a priority (about damn time if you ask me!). I love my family and friends but they will understand (I know that they are worried about my health) when I have to say "no" to the cake, pizza, pasta, subs, etc. and make plans for "us" time around my "me" time ...
