    HI - glad to know I'm not the only one dealing with sports and fitting good healthy food and exercise in! This is our busiest week, then we get a little shorter week next week so I plan to make up for it hopefully!! Good job on your loss so far too - keep it up!

    HI! It took a few months before I could jog like this. I did slowly increase my speed just in walking until I got to 4.0 then I would push the 5.0 to jog for like 60 seconds, then walk for 2 whole minutes than jog again for 60 seconds and so on until my stamina picked up. It's awesome though - and I do advise going slowly until you feel your body can do it so you don't hurt yourself. Just picking up speed and alternating speeds along really burns the calories!!!
