Tight Pants

I remember when my tight pants showed off a great-looking rear end! Now my pants are just tight because my rear end is bigger than it should be! Sigh. I'd like to lose three pants sizes, and have a good-looking rear end in tight pants again! That's my goal!

My Goals:
Losing 30 pounds is my goal. Accomplishing this will allow me to feel better, hike harder, walk farther, and garden like a crazy woman. Plus, I know I will be happier with how I look.

My Program:
I'm following The Simple Diet. In a nutshell, er, let me rephrase that--no nuts allowed on this diet! In brief, I drink three protein shakes a day, eat two diet frozen meals (like Lean Cuisine), and eat five servings of fruits and/or vegetables. Plus, I must walk AT LEAST two miles six days a week.

Daily goals are a fantastic way to go, I hadn't tried that before I like it! I hadn't tried daily goals before, I like it. It's immediate gratification of a job well done and really easily attained.
