Weight-Loss Surgery and losing

I had weight-loss surgery (WLS) in June 2007. My starting weight was 380 lbs. It is now Dec. 2008 and I weigh 245lbs. I need to lose more since my "ride" has stopped. So it is time to get down to work. This web site will help me do it!!

My Goals:
My current goals are to work out 3-5 times a week and continue to lose at least a pound a week.

My Program:
My program is "bariatric" directed. Which means that my personal food goals may be different than other people. I HAVE to get between 60-90 grams of protien everyday. I also HAVE to drink at least 60 oz. of fluid everyday. These two things are my priorities.

Welcome to Gastric Bypass Sparklers! You’ll find plenty of support and encouragement here. No question is too stupid to ask, so post away and we’ll all put in our two cents worth. Utilize all the tools SP has to offer. I find tracking my food and exercise most helpful. Good luck on your weight loss journey!

Linda
