I actually like fruits and veggies. I don't know why I ever got out of the habit of eating them. I am working on making sure that I get all the recomemended servings of fruits, veggies, and dairy in a day. I'm sure the other food groups will take care of themselves. Right now I am concentrating on drinking all the water I should in a day and on walking every day.

It is also time to get a little more active. I'm not quite sure how, but I'm slowly figuring it out.

Fitness Minutes: 2,367

My Goals:
Goal 1 - 230 lbs by my brother's wedding March 21. Reward - A new dress for the wedding.

Goal 2 - 210 lbs by early June. Reward - manicure and pedicure.

Goal 3 - 200 lbs by family reunion July 11. Reward - new swimsuit for the reunion.

Goal 4 - Final Goal - 185 by Sept 1. Reward - being a "hot mom" when I drop my son off for his first day of kindergarden.


My Program:
I am eating breakfast everyday. Usually cereal. I'm trying to choose high fiber varieties.
On mondays I take to work a variety of fruits, veggies, salads, protien for my sald, and yogart to last the week. Then I don't have to think about eating healthy at work. I grab a yogart for a morning snack, have a salad and some fruit for lunch and then have some veggies for a mid afternoon snack.
I eat whatever I want for supper, but try to keep it to one serving.



Personal Information:
I am married to a wonderful man who is trying to loose a few pounds with me. We have two beutiful children. A son who is 4 years old and a daughter who is 1 1/2. Both are great fun but keep us busy. Both my husband and I work full time.
