My Goals:
My goal is to improve my health through healthful eating and improve my fitness through regular, consistent activity.

My Program:
To strive to drink at least 3 liters (100 oz) of water each day and eat as much fresh, whole fruits and vegetables as I can.

For fitness, I am walking/ jogging and slowly getting into a routine with strength exercises, as well as practicing Pilates (with DVDs) and yoga (love yogadownload.com podcasts!).

Personal Information:
Though I'm originally from upstate NY, I'm currently living in the Atlanta, GA area. I have a five-year-old and an eleven-year-old whom I homeschool.
