My Goals:
My goal is to improve my health through healthful eating and improve my fitness through regular, consistent activity.

My Program:
To strive to drink at least 3 liters (100 oz) of water each day and eat as much fresh, whole fruits and vegetables as I can.

For fitness, I am walking/ jogging and slowly getting into a routine with strength exercises, as well as practicing Pilates (with DVDs) and yoga (love yogadownload.com podcasts!).

Personal Information:
Though I'm originally from upstate NY, I'm currently living in the Atlanta, GA area. I have a five-year-old and an eleven-year-old whom I homeschool.

i did one of those exercise-on-demand TV things that concentrated on the lower body. all squats and lunges!!!

The garden gnomes are in lieu of the travelocity gnome. It's so mom and dad can run off together.
Today you had a hectic day but tomorrow you should definately meal plan.
