My Goals:
To get back down to 120 and maintain it.

To stare at my closet o' clothes and wonder what to wear, not wonder what still fits.

To feel as confident as I look.

My Program:
I dance several times a week and follow the YOU! On A Diet program pretty closely. It worked for me last time; the only reason I put the weight back on was because I didn't handle stress/losing a family member properly.

Don't quit snacking!
Just make sure you snack on things like apple slices, just a few rice crackers, or veggie sticks!
It'll keep your metabolism up all day and make it so you don't overeat at meals from being hungry, so snacking can actually help you lose weight!

Good luck! 120 is a really good weight.

Welcome to Spark! I know what you mean about the weight coming back on. The fact that you're catching this now means you'll be more likely to get the weight back off successfully!
