Congrats on passing 750 fitness minutes! What activities helped you rack up the most minutes? Have you found your theme song yet?

Thanks! I love it so far. And honestly, the fitness minutes and my cardio calories are all coming from my daily treks to class. All the more reason to walk home in between....

So far I love the site! The nutrition tracker is amazingly helpful. I had been doing this on my own in a notebook a few months ago, but this is so much easier! I've been finding that I'm having a tough time getting enough protein though, even when I make a conscious effort to eat protein-rich foods.

How has it been working out for you? I saw you were a part of the QuickFire Challenge team, and I checked it out and joined it too!

Hello across the miles but close to the heart. Thanks for the jumping rope because I was just challenging my beau to an all out competition of endurance.
