Thanks for stopping by my "trashed' blog. It definitely was hard to throw away that ice cream, but I'd rather throw that away than throw away all the hard work I've been putting in. Like the saying goes, "nothing tastes as good as healthy feels." Well, actually the saying uses the word "thin" instead of "healthy," but "thin" makes me think of flatscreens, e-tablets, and sheets of paper...who'd wanna look like a sheet of paper? emoticon emoticon emoticon

Hope you feel better soon. I think it must weather related as I've been really lazy since yesterday. I've been taking lots of naps too instead of walking. Stay hydrated. Get lots of rest. And no exercise until you feel better but light walking's ok. (sound like a doc don't I..LOL!)
