And she's back!!!

It is hard to believe that it has been almost 5 years since I first found SparkPeople. I lost 100 pounds in the first 2 years. Since then, I have regained about half of it. So...I am going back to what worked for me.

My Program:
In 2014, I am giving myself permission to start from a fresh beginning. Small steps.

1. I will walk at least 3 miles each week.

2. I will drink 8 cups of water a day.

3. I will eat a healthy breakfast every day.

Other Information:
Don't get discouraged if you've tried to make changes in the past and it didn�t stick. Sometimes it takes a few tries, and you'll learn more about yourself each time.

emoticon on losing 3 bls. I miss all the duckies...at first I thought I had the wrong Spark Page...LOL
I finally made it to my original goal, and finally got to 170'ville. All is going slow, but well!

I personnaly like the term 'fluctuation' as we gain the weight, but we are at a level of definitely not keeping that weight on...and just by resuming healthy eating the weight comes off.
You've already got rid of 4 lbs. the rest will come off also.

My weight flucutated by 3 lbs between Thanksgiving and New Year's...it would go up and it would go down, then up. But it is gone and now onward!

How are you? I see yo;re almost to your goal... emoticon . I've changed my goal to 165, I figured if I can weigh 185 (current weight) I can weigh 165, so I am going for it.
Hope you had a great Christmas and enjoyed your time off from school. My 5 yr. old grandson started kdgn. this school year. I've been going into his classroom twice a week to work with a very low student, who needs all the help he can get. I really enjoy being there...I get my fix anad then leave...LOL
