Thanks for the friends add I added you as well.

It can be tough I do recall many times I said I'll work out tomorrow and stronger but didn't.

In the end when I lost the weight I realized I would have finished much sooner, but finished should not be in the same sentence when it comes to loosing weight.

It's a life time commitment and I will never finish. As I continued to work out I realize that I have other goals as I see my body. I need to work out on muscle which was the new purpose.

Life time commitment because your body changes as you get older I'm sure you know that, look at it like I did - I could never give up.

Wish you the best with your goals.
