    Thank you for adding me to your spark page...Maybe we can be good friends

    I not only have trouble with the week ends but ever since the holiday I am having trouble at night...When dark comes it is like I want to start snacking....

    I ask my husband today if he will start helping me by telling me I can not have what ever or that I do not need anything else...

    He does not have a weight problem and never has...MEN MEN

    Aren't they lucky most time?

    Hey there Jo,

    WEll I only worked out 1 time this weekend with company over and having to run to Auburn on Sunday. I did week number 3 and tried to do week number 4, but with no ball I couldn't follow through. Will try for week 5 and 6 tonight.

    Hi JoJo!!! If you scrole down to the bottom of the exercise video page there is a spot that askes if you want to add it to the day. The only day that I know dose not have that is sundays but if you eneter the name into the search it will come up.

    WEll I dove in it tonight and stayed up late to do the bootcamp workout. The balls of my feet wnet numb on me, but I did the whole thing. I am going to try and do one video in the moring and one at night until I catch up. We'll see. Trying to modify some of the exercises so I don;t throw the back or hip out. See ya later.
