Joyous, Happy & want to be free from my food obsession

I'm finally ready to commit to a life style change. I want to get up each morning and feel energized, not over tired and sluggish. I have a wonderful husband, who supports and loves me. I have supportive family and friends, and a loving God who will walk with me. Time to throw out all the negative thinking and excuses...time to get busy!

Logging on to Spark each day.
Tracking my food intake.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
Exercising at least 30 minutes a day.
Strength training at least 3x per week.

thank you for the goodie and words of encouragement, I do love getting up in the morning and being full of energy all day long..I thought I could never be a morning person, but my love for running has overrun my hate for getting up...I so enjoy life, and hope that you have the same love for life as I do...take care and thank you again for stopping by and encouraging me.....some ppl. say I'm too focused, too serious, but for me it takes that to make progress, and that's why I'm here on SP is to make progress with my wt. loss...It is a journey I'll be on for some time but I'm enjoying every minute of it...thanks... emoticon

I know what you mean about eating more. I started last month eating less and exercising more. Then from the middle of the month on I ate more and exercised less. But I did manage to finally lose 2 lbs once I got rid of the 10 lbs of water weight.

hello my dear...Thanks for my hot hot hot cocoa..I need that tonight...It is so cold here I think they said it was going to be about 23 degree tonight..

I am going to weight watchers also and tomorrow is weight in night ...I hope I have lost a little bit....I am counting my points and that seem to help me more than anything...

I can eat anything I want but I have to write anything that goes in my mouth down and I can only have so many points a day...

It took me awhile to get back on track for some reason...I had a hard time with that after the holidays...Did you?

Together we can make it....Have a great night and stay warm....
