If I don't go within, I go without
I believe you need to work from the inside out. I know my thinner, smaller self is on the inside, just waiting for these 15-20 lbs. to get off the outside! Hi, I'm JoAnne, I live in Wisconsin. I ran 2 5K races last year for the first time. Then ran into some health issues and couldn't run--packed on some weight, but now want to get to a healthy weight and feel good again.

My Goals:
Long term (1 year) I want to weigh between 128 and 130 lbs. Short term, I am striving to work back up to running. Due to limitations of time and my current weight I want to run in a 2 mile race Labor day weekend.
My Program:
Stretching, walking and running 10-15 minutes 3 times per week
