Rethink that goal. Set yourself a goal for today.
A goal for the week.
Give yourself some positives.
Instead of workin on the mountain in the distance, how about the next bump in the road.

I'm making plans,
Feeling wonderful about them
I know from experience I may be disappointed
So I've got plenty of little stops along the way.
My ticker hit the end of this goal.
Not done yet. Just the first bump.

I'm reinventing me.
Still drawing with pencils
But I want to do charcoal and paint maybe even stained glass.
I miss my music so I'm looking at instruments which one will I pick back up.
I'm writing.
I'm walking
I'm living.
I can't climb in Yosemite anymore, I can't run a marathon. In a few days I'll never see 45 again (shhh) Like fine wine and great antiques I'm worth the time and the effort to discover.

Have you set a goal for the day?
The week?
The month?
The year?
I know where I dream to be. I also know it only happens one step at a time. Sometimes the simple ones.

My Goals:
Take better care of me today. Tomorrow will take care of itself. Getting into a routine, eating balanced on a daily basis.

My Program:
Using the meal tracker and exercise tracker, so I can see what it is I actually eat and do. Having a day I eat 333 calories and burn 652 is not healthy. Taking small steps to get in balance. Its progress not perfection. Chatting on the boards keeping my mind set that I'm not alone.
