Joie de Vivre 2013

My twenties are quickly coming to an end. To provide for a healthy decade once I reach the big 3-0, I want to lose weight, adopt healthy habits, and start exercising regularly. I will set small weight loss goals, health goals, and fitness goals for every month. Each month's goals will vary based on the previous month. I need to make 2013 the year I succeed and joie de vivre!

My Goals:
February 2013 goals:
1. workout for at least seventy minutes a week (that is roughly ten minutes a day, if I have time everyday)
2. try to drink eight glasses of water per day, five times a week (if I miss one day, I will just try harder the next)
3. get eight hours of sleep four times a week
