1 year down, and still SPARKiN*

It's time for an update....
Today is my 1 year anniversary on SparkPeople and it has changed my life for the better. I am an ambitious 25 year old female that has been overweight my whole life. Last year I decided to make this lifestyle change and couldn't have done it without the SP support. Down 50 lbs. and feeling great! I, like many others on this site, am proof that you can accomplish anything you put your mind to.

You talk about "letting your inner fat kid tell you what to eat," but you look so good! You are the type of person where you would tell someone you used to be overweight and they'd say, "WHAT?? YOU??" I just met you and I already look up to you. You should be very proud of yourself. Thanks for the support!

Welcome to the Paleo Team! THe short version is: eat only veggies, fruit, meats, fish, nuts and IF you tolerate it well some dairy. Nothing processed, no grains, legumes, gluten etc.
