Hey there! Great to hear from you! I'm doing okay...kind of up and down. Good one week, then bad the next. I'm in the process of buying a house and getting married in July, so it's WAY more stress than I'm used to! Not to mention I had wanted to lose 40 lbs by the wedding, but that didn't come close to happening :( I guess all I can do is try my best. I'm honestly going to be relieved when it's all over, though. Hopefully there will be some pictures of myself from the wedding that I will like despite my weight! I know weight shouldn't define how you feel, but for me it really does. I just haven't been able to stick to a plan or find something that clicks. How are you doing? Thanks for stopping by!

You asked "what's the best way to do it HIIT" on an article.

    I do treadmill and calisthenics.

    Example for tread:
    warm up
    run/sprint for 40 to 60 sec
    brisk walk for 2 min
repeat for up to 45 minutes

    Example of calisthenics:
    walk for warm up
    jumping jacks for 40 sec
    easy jog for 20 sec
    high knees for 40 sec
    easy jog
    side to side lunges
    etc...

You get the idea. I do the 2nd example when I instruct a HIIT class. By the time you are done, you know you have kicked your butt! Good luck and I hope this helps!

Hey girl! It's great to hear from you! How are you doing? I'm about to catch up on your blogs. I've been doing okay...not the best eating-wise, but at least I haven't gained. I'm trying to get back into exercise, and that feeling of loving being active and the endorphins. Also trying to avoid bingeing, which is hard! Anyway, thanks for checking in!
