Tina's going for it!!

My name is Tina and I am 48 yrs old and I am married with one grown son, and a teenage daugter. I was a dancer and an athlete many years ago and I want to be that ACTIVE Girl again!! I am excited to reach my goals of being healthy and able to dance or run or any activity that is fun and I can still breath and not pass out.. :)
I look forward to interaction with others on this site, with the same goals so we can encourage each other along this journey to HEALTHY LIVING!!

My Program:
I pray the Lord will give me strenth and wisdom to reach my goals.

I walk 3 times a day for 60 minutes total.

I garden for 15-25 minutes daily.

I do Wii Fit Plus daily

I do Zumba (20 minutes express) at least 3-4 times weekely

I try to climb stairs at least 25 minutes a week.

thanks for your comment on my page. I love zumba can't get enough however I am thinking about incorporating some strength training to start to tone up. Stuck in a plateau rut so I need to shake thinks up. I definitely need to start tracking again. I hope things are going well on your end.

I wanted to drop by and see how you are doing. My exams took me away from SP for a bit, but I am so happy to be back. I hope things are going well with you and that you know, you were thought of often while I was away.

This is a day filled with possibilities. This is a day when you can get results.

Though conditions may not be perfect, still they are sufficient for you to move forward. Though circumstances may not he ideal, within those circumstances you can most certainly make progress.

What is it that you would like to achieve? What is it that you wish to change, improve upon, create, express or experience?

If you ever want it to happen, now is when you must do something about it. If it is your desire to see it come about, it is your responsibility to make the necessary effort.

Nothing ever gets accomplished someday by somebody. If it is to happen, it must be done on a specific day by a specific person.

Let today be that day. And let yourself be that person.
