I have done 21 Day Fix Extreme and lost 6-7 lbs. and gained lots of muscle/lost inches, but what I was referring to was Day 3 of the 21 day diet from Dr. Goglia. I'm .4 lbs. away from 5 for the week. The last time I did this I lost 17 lbs. I'm trying to jump start my weight loss and clean up my diet. No alcohol, no dairy, lean meat, chicken & fish and lots of veggies and few fruits. TONS of water! I feel better and have to remember to keep it up. I will do the 21 day fix extreme workouts when I'm done. Not a whole lot of energy on 950-1100 calories a day.
