My Goals:
I just want to be Healthy.

Been doing a Bunch of Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds DVDs & I love Power Walk with the Biggest Loser.

I signed up for Oct 2013 Biggest Loser 5K in Seattle.

And I want to be a RUNNER someday - but will just be sticking with WATPs for now. (Walk away the Pounds).

My Program:
 Follow Weight Watchers (since 1998) I am an off & on again member.

I use Walk Away the Pounds & my wii fi for exercise. Also have a Kinect but barely use it.

I still love to use my Abs of Steel tape (Tammi Lee Webb).

Hey Lynn! I'm fine. I just haven't been on Spark for a few weeks. I'm going to try and get back to it, but basically hitting up FB and DailyMile and that's about it. I am trying to get back in to the swing of things. I was all psyched up right before Hawaii and then petered out. I got back on the treadmill yesterday and plan on getting at least 4 miles every day, but I need to get back to Turbo Kick/Fire/Jam or something. Memorial Weekend coming up. I have a wedding June 1st. June 15th we are having a memorial for dad here at our house. Just for family. His drinking buddies had a service for him at the club. Bizarre, huh? Anyway, we were waiting for the weather to get better since my mom needs to coming from the nursing home in her wheelchair. Father's Day is the 16th, so it just seemed like the right time. Memorial weekend is busy for lots of people and they wouldn't be able to make it, so June 15th it is.

I will not be gone anymore. You are one of my best buddies here on Spark. I hope you are doing well after your loss, too. I think about you often. Cya 'round. Promise!

Where did you go on holidays? It's finally getting into the 60s here but allergies are horrific! I never had them til now, like loads of people, and I'm suffering indoors over a week now. Hard to breathe outside, yet have tons of work to do! Bah. Otherwise, darts teams are so much fun and I'm playing well (better on Tuesdays, for some reason). The boys will be home in a little over 2 weeks! WOO!
