Nice job on the Relay for Life! 10 miles is incredible. What a beautiful tribute to your SIL, RIP. Was your brother there?

Enjoy your visit with your son.

Thanks for keeping me posted.

I'm ready! I planned over the weekend and am oh so ready! This morning I had a two egg omelet with mushrooms, onions and a smidge of cheese. I didn't have the toast. I will try to stay away from carbs. Cobb salad for lunch. Veggie burgers with sauteed vegetables and quinoa for dinner. Good luck today!!! You and Mark can do it! emoticon

Enjoy your SURVIVOR laps. Great way to kick start your commitment.

Congrats on joining WW. That will also help.

My son's 18th bday is today. Low key day, as he will be at a music fest for the next 3 days. I did give him the "I remember the day you were born..." speech this morning. My baby is now a man.

Father's day will be celebrated with all the kids, less my 18YO. I get to make my famous turkey burgers. Actually, I am going to go post the recipe on a blog. It is a really healthy burger! I have been making them for decades, and they are in high demand.

I do not get to entertain much anymore, as it is exhausting.

My highlight this weekend is my run on Saturday. 6 miles, early, before it gets hot. Hopefully, we will get to the pool to cool off some.

Enjoy your weekend, and make great choices for YOU.

We all stray from our goals for many reasons, and a biggie is that we get too busy.

YOU are important. YOU need to schedule time to exercise, even if it is only 10 minutes a day.

WW is a great resource. Love the support. Great facetime with others who struggle too. I love the hand-holding, and the gentle reminders, and the time with the scale. Keeps you honest.

Don't be hard on yourself, just be!

Good luck with getting back on track.

Are you getting out a chiWalking? I just ChiRan my second race, and 10K. No big improvement in time, but the recovery is so much easier. I was SSSOOOO proud of my DD, 9 years old. She ran the 5K in 35:12. Summer is in full swing, but we have not been to the pool yet.
