My Goals:
To slowly and steadily loose weight and get fitter

My Program:
Drinking water, exercising regularly and eating less. Also trying to cut down on wine.

I got this from a real spark warrior and I love it.

My Goals:
1. My long term goal is to be an active, healthy woman who weighs 125 pounds, and to run a 10K.

2. My 12 month goal is to be an active, healthy woman who weighs 169 pounds and to run a 5K

3. My monthly goal is to lose 10 pounds by eating clean,weight training and walking 90 minutes each day.

4.My weekly goal is to eat clean, workout hard and lose 2.5 pounds per week

5. My daily goals are: focus on my goals, to stay positive, eat clean, do my workouts and to be accountable for my actions

Personal Information:
I live on the Greek Island of Paros with my husband and our adopted cats. I have 2 children and 2 grandchildren.

Hey lovely lady - just got back from my family cruise to Bermuda. The good news I didn't gain any weight on the cruise. The bad news I did lose ground before the cruise so I'm back to hoofing it get back down. Hope all is well with you.
