Hi my name is Beth and I teach Kindergarten for Fairfax County Public Schools. I am loving every minute of it and couldn't ask for a better career.
I got married in August to my high school sweetheart! It was a beautiful wedding and I'm so excited to share the rest of my life with him.
I am looking for some motivation and how to eat healthier. I work out 3-4x a week but sometimes I lack the motivation to push myself. I enjoy food way to much and hanging out with friends can lead to poor food choices. I need stronger willpower to say no to bad foods.

My husband and I welcomed a baby girl to our family last April. She is growing so fast and we can't believe she is almost a year old! I love spending time with her but am sad that I have to forgo going to the gym. I am trying to run more and keep up with the WII fitness. We will see how I do because I want to be around to see my little girl grow up!!

My Goals:
My goals are to loose 20 pounds. Drink more water than I do. Count my calories and have positive support from friends and family. Figure out how to loose weight with out going to the gym

My Program:
I exercise 3-4 times a week. I am trying to do more things outside instead of just sitting on the couch
I am drinking more water
I am logging what I am eating
Cutting back on snack foods
