Real quick for now, I'm Jessie and I am 26 years old, I'm getting very frustrated with the rollercoaster I've been on for the past few years and am desperate for something to click and actually seem like I can stick with for good... I did weight watchers and it really worked but writing down EVERYTHING I ate just doesn't seem realistic for me in the long run and if I could "feel it when I was satisfied" I wouldn't be in this situation in the first place soooo yeah... back to square 1... 5 lbs ...
