One Step at a Time *

My name is Johnna. I am 27 years old. I have never been small but have fluctuated in the past 10 plus years. I am at my heaviest weight and am starting to really feel the effect it is having on my body. I am getting older and in the next few years would like to be able to starting having kids and want to be healthy and taking care of my body so I can lead a healthy and active life and be a good example to my family. I know with a lot of motivation and will power I can do it!

That is funny...When I saw your SparkPage, with the title "One Step at a Time", it was indeed similar to me (Littles steps) and I just saw that you have the same goal weight as me (130!).

And I looked at your program and realized that I forgot to put that I also use stairs and not the escalators anymore =P
