Thanks for the support. I know I can lose more. My goal right now is to get below 200. I am at about 209 pounds right now. Not far to go!! Then I would like to get to 190 pounds or lower. I will have to see how I do maintaining at that weight. I weighed 165 pounds for many years. It seems heavy, but I love food and refuse to give up anything I love. I try very hard to eat in moderation. Not always easy!!
