Hey, everyone - I'm just sitting here in my pajamas, sitting on the treadmill and watching TV while eating a donut for breakfast. I'm starting to think this road might not lead me to the promised land of superb health into my 80's. So I'm starting to make efforts to improve my health - maybe slowly, but it's forward motion (I've given up cola 4 times this year!).

I've been inspired by my wife Wendy (you may know her as wboyack), and I'm glad to go along this journey with her, ...

My husband was first to start eating healthy around here. I followed after seeing how he was dropping weight. I stopped drinking cola too. That has helped a lot. It's great when your working together as a couple. I don't feel like I'm on a "diet", we have just changed the way we eat.

I just dropped by to tell you what you already know...lol!

You have such an amazing wife. As my modern day pen pal, she is positive and keeps me on my toes. She is great at keeping me going in the right direction. Her encouragement has literally made me cry when hope seemed to be flickering. I'll bet she is a great mom. Sometimes I am bruttle and say what I think to her and even though she might have to work through my potty mouth, she is forgiving. She is beautiful.

You are such a lucky man! I hope you both have a loving Valentine's Day!

Welcome to Spark. We are so fortunate to have you join us. Your wife is fantastic! I love her. She is such an inspiration and such a wonderful person. God has blessed you with a wonderful and "WISE" wife. You should listen to her. LOL. Take good care of both of you.

I am definitely adding you to my friends list, but NO MORE DOUGHNUTS FOR YOU GUY. LOL. Oh and by the way, its better if you walk on the treadmill, not sit on it. (You are just like Wendy, you make me laugh and smile.)
