I corrected my diet in September 2008 and began walking in December 2008.

My Goals:
Besides losing the last 7 pounds, I have the following goals:

1) No weight gain at each weigh in.
2) Calorie deficit each day until weight is off.
3) Healthy mix of carbs, protein, and fat each day.
4) Run, walk, jog, or hike at least 1 mile each day.
4) Run, walk, jog, or hike at least 180 miles in January which will require at least 5.5 miles per day average for the remainder of the month.
5) Run a 15K race on January 9th.
6) Run a half marathon on February 14th.
7) Be at goal weight by February 28th.
