A Good Steward
2012: 1) Exercise at least 45 minutes a day, 6 days a week, as well as walk sufficient steps to total 10,000. 2) Follow healthy eating plan, counting and recording calories, daily. 3) Journal daily. Sometimes it will be on my SP blog and sometimes it will be private. 4) Read one book a week, alternating between fiction and non-fiction. To do that, I will visit the library at least once a week.
