A new stage in my life :)

I'm a 25 year old trainee cake decorator from west London. I want to lose weight to be healthy and happier for myself, but also for my lovely fella and our future squidlets. I don't want to limit what my future kiddies do just because I can't keep up! I want to be all slinky and fit, and after trying half-heartedly for a few years now, I'm ready to do this for real.

My Program:
I'm going to eat breakfast every morning BEFORE I get to the bakery because otherwise breakfast is a doughnut!
Also, I'm going to go for a long walk once a week regardless of the weather. No more excuses!
