JOEY, I just wanted to thank you for your comment on coach Stephanie's blog. I love the analogy of juggling the balls--it's a very helpful graphic!

In reading your page, I also like your comment, "I'm not here to lose weight; I'm here to gain health" I hope you don't mind if I borrow that from you.

Nope no more blisters! I made sure I soaked my feet kept the area clean and bandaged up so I wouldn't get it infected. :) Things are going well. Eating well and exercising my booty off. I did measurements last night for the first time and it is eye opening to see how big you actually are. I think a lot of people look at themselves and don't see just how big they are. Well my measurements sure put it all in perspective for me. Now I am more determined than ever to get the weight and inches off my poor bones. Hope you are doing well. Let me know! *HUGS* emoticon

I was working out at the gym and I only had thin socks so they rubbed against my shoes and now I have the blisters. They feel pretty good today tho! No pain at all! Plus I have been going back to the gym everyday so I think they just got used to it lol! Hope you are well!
