I originally joined Sparkpeople to lose baby weight...Ive lost 50 lbs to date with Sparkpeople, and now Im just trying to lose that last 10 pounds that is evading me. Either that or finally just be happy and satisfied with the way that I look. That's the real challenge, isn't it?

My Program:
I'm shooting for 1200-1450 cals a day. Sometimes I fall short, sometimes I go a little over. I'm trying to go heavy on the protein and light on the carbs. What I'm trying to do fitness-wise is just to stay active and stay motivated. I Love trying out different exercise videos on Sparkpeople and Youtube

HI!

How are you?

I have to get consistent with exercise. Haven't been running because I am not allowed to--Physical therapy for old sprained ankle injury and I miss it so much! Walking is not enough...well, it is if I can do it consistently. I just have not been doing it enough and need to find creative ways....Elliptical and swimming would be perfect. I need to join a gym or YMCA because I have to do those things at least temporarily until I can run again which should be soon.
