My name is Joelle, I'm twenty years old. I have struggled with my weight since I was in elementary school. My goal is to reach a healthy weight. I have health problems that will benefit from me losing weight, it can prolong my life, and there are many other personal benefits. I'm young, smart and beautiful. I need to take better care of myself! I have the ambition to do this for myself, it will just take time and hard work to reach my goal. I'm here for extra help and support along the way! :)

Fitness Minutes: 665

My Goals:
- My goal weight is 160 pounds. I want to reach it before May 30th, 2015.

- I want my weight to be under 200 pounds by the end of this year!

-Stick to a Paleo diet!
Dairy is no friend of mine! :P

- Quit Smoking!

- Make healthier choices!


My Program:
-Paleo diet.

-Exercise everyday for at least ten minutes. This will increase it's just to get me started.

- Meditate everyday.

- Do the Five Tibetans or some type of energy work 5 days a week.

- Read something inspirational everyday.

- Exercise with Lauren at least once a week doing Zumba!

- Go to the gym at least twice a week for 30 minutes.

- Start up a new Martial Arts program soon.

- Do a fun television based workout at least twice a week!

- Make healthier eating and portion size choices. I really need to focus on eating multiple small meals.

- No late night eating or snacking! I will not eat at least 3 hours before bed.

- Drink a lot of water! I don't know why but I know I never drink enough.

- Get eight hours of sleep every night and get on a healthy sleeping pattern.



Personal Information:
I'm on the pursuit of happiness and I'm making my life the way I want it to be. I'm the only one in control of it. I want to be healthier amongst other things. I have great friends and family to support me. I'm the only one that can get in my own way.
