I'm doing this for myself to be healthier and happier.
My name is Joelle, I'm twenty years old. I have struggled with my weight since I was in elementary school. My goal is to reach a healthy weight. I have health problems that will benefit from me losing weight, it can prolong my life, and there are many other personal benefits. I'm young, smart and beautiful. I need to take better care of myself! I have the ambition to do this for myself, it will just take time and hard work to reach my goal. I'm here for extra help and support along the way! :)

My Goals:
- My goal weight is 140 pounds. I want to reach it before May 30th, 2013. - I want my weight to be under 200 pounds by the end of this year! - Complete the 30 Day Shred! (Day 30 is February 29th) - Quit Smoking. - Make healthier choices.
My Program:
- Exercise everyday for at least ten minutes. - Do the Five Tibetans or some type of energy work everyday. - Meditate everyday. - Read something inspirational everyday. - Exercise with Lauren twice a week. (Sunday and Tuesday) - Make healthier eating and portion size choices. - No late night eating or snacking! - Drink a lot of water and try to replace soda with water, tea, or diet soda. - Get eight hours of sleep every night and get on a healthy sleeping pattern.
Personal Information:
I'm on the pursuit of happiness and I'm making my life the way I want it to be. I'm the only one in control of it. I want to be healthier amongst other things. I have great friends and family to support me. I'm the only one that can get in my own way.
