New beginnings again!

I am recently retired and interested in enjoying an active life. I have had a high energy level and am freed from desk life for good. (but not screen life, I am here of course). Sorry, Joe. I could not open the link you left on my blog. Broke two bones in my wrist a few years ago. Not fun. Roberta

Sorry about your injuries! Heres hoping you heal fast. this can be a blessing in disguise. Being laid up will be a good time to make your comeback plans for the future. ! Start with just walking. Indoor-outdoor-makes no difference!!! but just do it. Your blister should be healed in another week or so. .

plagued by injuries bike accident; broke two bones in the wrist and became a one hand typist.
blisters and problems with feet too, so kind of miserable; progress on goals lacking. I will return when injuries heal. Taking a break with the breaks.
