    Hello Joe! Thank you for commenting on my blog. I went to your blog and found that info very helpful. I found a great place to get measured for shoes about a month ago. When I started having the knee pain I got a little depressed and worried that I'd never run without the pain. I looked it up on the web. I didn't think I was injured because it gradually got worse over the next couple of runs. I think I started too soon too fast and got a little burned out. I found a page (can't remember where) that mentioned that weak quads could cause knee pain. So for cardin, I started rollerblading; to strengthen those muscles I started practicing yoga again. I have to admit that I put it off longer than I should have, but I'm happy I got off my but last night. Thanks again!
