Heart Attack Survivor

It's been about a year and a half since my heart attack and subsequent surgery. My weight has increased from 183 at about six months post surgery to 193 now. I walk on a treadmill for 30 minutes five times a week and practice tai chi for thirty minutes each day. The tai chi has worked wonders in my arthritic knees and has given me a great increase in flexibility.
