Hi! I'm one of those "dieters for life". I can't remember a time I wasn't on a diet.........well, now this is the last one because I'm not on a diet, I'm just changing my lifestyle. Of course, this new lifestyle includes exercise and a new way of eating healthier.
No more meds, and more energy are my goals.

Hi Jody, I saw that you try to eat Mediterranean a few times a week. That's something I do as well - I definitely like how it makes me feel. Good job on your weight loss so far, you're doing great!

It looks like you are doing wonderfully on your weight loss. I hope you don't mind me adding you to my friends list. I agree with you on that this is not a diet, but a complete lifestyle change. It is great to start eating and living healthily again!
