My Goals:
My goal is to eat healthier and stop taking medication for diabetes & cholesterol.



My Program:
Eat a healthy breakfast.

Cook healthy dinners and take leftovers for lunch.

Strength train Mon. Wed. and Fri. for 15 min.

Walk 30 minutes 3 times a week.

Try a new exercise 2 times a week.

Personal Information:
I'm 52 years old and live in San Jose, Ca. I have 2 sons - 25 and 21. I have agrandaughter, Violet Joy who was born 10-10-10 and grandson, Xavier Jordan born 1-18-11. My significant other has blessed me with 3 stepchildren and 3 grandchildren.

Other Information:
I love the Packers and Raiders. Love to read. I have been a member of the American Legion Auxiliary for over 10 years and do a lot of cooking there to raise money for scholarships and children & youth programs.
