Hey, Jody. I really do understand your frustration. I also think you should keep doing what you are doing and maybe try an experiment or two with the combination of foods, reduced sodium or things like that. You could re-post this message on the diet Board where the experts and others could get more specific with what you eat. If you let one of the coaches see your food tracker they may be able to help you experiment. THAT SAID, truly, half a pound a week is way better than you realize. You have probably firmed up and are smaller all over - muscle does weigh more than fat! So I would also suggest you use measurements and clothing fit over the scale. If you just keep on doing what you are doing you will be LIVING HEALTHY and that is the true goal of Spark People. Your body is losing the fat! Please keep on with the effort. Never quit!
