I am doing the whole slow and steady wins the race thing. I have been extreme in the past with my workout and diets but it does not last and I get burnt out and gain everything back. So I am just working out 30 minutes 4 to 5 times a week, cutting down on tv time so I spend more time moving, watch what I eat but I do not deprive myself if I want something I have it just in a small amount. I have been losing almost every week sometimes it is 2 sometimes 1 (last week only a 1/2 pound) but I am losing so I am happy. It may take me a year to reach my goal but I did not reach my weight overnight either. When I reach it I want to be able to maintain it. 2384 days ago
I was a bit freaked out by the weightgain.... but more by the spiralling out of control feeling. I was eating and I could not seem to stop. I knew I did not want to lose all I'd gained on this journey (I mean gain all I'd lost, lol)
A cry for help turned out to be a grat idea!
I'm back to measuring and logging. I tried to wing it to save time. NOT a good idea when you are stressed. I started adding a little extra to everything.
