Hi everyone in Feb 2008 I seen three girls named kristin rosie and kristi on the" Ellen DeGeneres Show" that INTRODUCED SP TO ME!! I'm on my way now and have more then a million reasons to really LIVE and enjoy my adorable grandchildren..

( I have learned that "temptations" along my journey are merely a test to my commitment)

My program was: I had prepared myself for a gastric bypass,,but I was getting unhealthy by the days gone by...
Then I found sparkpeople.com and decided It was now or never to just give it all I got! by the grace of GOD my health is getting better (slowly) and I'm gonna live longer and healthier!
And for the record: I never had the surgery lol it's all what I've learned on sparkpeople.

Well ...what I was doing to challenge myself for the summer is I am logging how many miles a walk a Day / Week / Month....if you want to join me and see how far you can walk by the end of August?
