    I read your post about your struggle. One great thing about Spark People you have the support from people who understand what you going through. If you ever struggle someone will be there for you. We all are here to help. I've been going at it almost a year. Somethings have gotten easier and some things I'm still working on.     This journey to a healthier lifestyle is about small changes that add up to big rewards. There are no easy fixes. Take one, just one, goal to work on for a week....perhaps drinking 8 glasses of water every day or doing some kind of exercise (my go to is walking) for 10 minutes every day. When you have accomplished this than pick another goal to add onto the first one. None of us put on our weight over night and we won't take it off over night either. You are here, which means you want to do something for yourself. Start small and work your way up from there always moving forward.
    When I first started I tracked all of my food for a week and was surprised at how many calories I really was taking in with no exercise to boot.
