My Goals:
I need to supress my injuries and to continue to improve on my mental health
I take Medication for COPD and major depression. Meds for COPD are as follows Spiriva handi haler, Albuterol Sulfate, and Advair discus 250/50, seem to keep that problem. I need to loose thirty more pounds to be 200 lbs. I will diet and exercise accordingly.

My Program:
Many medications for depression,back and neck pain (myelopathy), bone spurs in my cervical,thoracic,and lumbar spines. to go along with 13 herniated discs, 3 in my neck, 6 in the thoracic, and four in my lumbar.
Exercise under Dr supervision.

Personal Information:
Major depression (under control with medications (2), WellbutrinXL and Abilify to boost the wellbutrin. Medications for" Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease". I take 6 medications. for the broken body Herniated disc's, central herniations bone spurs(Osteophytes) to several disc's, I have 12 herniation,several broken or fractured vertabrea. I bike ride when I can. I ride a "hybred bike,it has springs in the back tire. two in the front of the bike,and hybred tires,otherwise I try to walk for distance. I usually stop to rest twice,three times to rest my aching back/neck, but the bike allows me to ride for miles because the springs allow me to ride that long. I can do moderate hills, level ground.

Other Information:
Medications "WellbutrinXL,Abilify, Spiriva handi haler, Pro-air (albuterol sulfate),, Advair discus (250/50), Vicodin HP, flexeril,Lyrica for nerve damage,crestor(for blocked arteries(50%) in the neck. a hematoma in T-7,T8,
Citalopram and Seroquil( for a sleep agent) Ambien(zopidem) Asprin, multi vitamin, B50 vitamin), Z-pac when needed, Prednisone when needed, Lavaquin when needed, Bacteriole infection to the lungs.
I feel good from the Wellbutrin XL and the Abilify.

Thanks for the compliment.
I to to do my best with what I have to work with. Some days are brutal while others are very nice,it's those days I dont want to end, lol. I haven't seen a good day all year but I know they will be coming soon. I begin physical therapy again, tomorrow. I could not start when I wanted to because of three lung infections or aka pneumonia. I had to rest for a week also just to get my lungs clearer.
I cant wait.

Just wondered when you take a long nap like over 45 min or more...that night do you find that it's hard to sleep that night?

If you nap should be a sort one like 10 - 20 mins so it doesn't interfere with you night time sleep.

Try it and see if that helps to get a better nights sleep.
