I found out about spark people from one of the users over there. I just haven't switched yet--comfort zone and all. It's just too simple at that site--at least to me.

Personal Information:
I live in central Florida with my husband, Butch and my dog, TahLula Bell.

I write, Sometimes I garden (want to do more of that), and Butch and I have good intentions of walking and working out more.

Other Information:
I know it sounds cliche'd coming from a Christian, but my favorite book really is the Bible. I tell God that almost every day.

My Bible is one of the first things I reach for when I get up every morning.

I love spending that first 30 minutes to an hour of each day sipping coffee, reading words of life and visiting with my creator.

I have been doing that for 26 years (regardless of how early I had to be at work), and I can't imagine starting my day any other way.

yes sometimes I do find my busy schedule and life gets me in the way of my goals... I try to choose healthy when I am in a hurry and make little stives like walking stairs instead of elevator when I can. Thanks for visiting my page.
