On A Mission for Good Health

I am fourty four and over weight...there I've said it! I've tried almost everything but surgery. I keep loosing ten, fifteen and sometimes thirty pounds, but I get tired and I end up quitting and gaining the weight back! I need support....

My Goals:
I want to feel better, more confident, while loosing weight! My goal is to loose fifty pounds this year!

My Program:
I am exercising fifteen minutes a night, trying to be more active during the day at work, quit drinking pop, increased my water intake and have just begun weight watchers!

Other Information:
I am an elementary teacher and author. I spend a lot of time at the computer in the afternoons. I've just had my first book published in May 2007 entitled...Kentucky...The Mountains I Call Home.

Congrats on your progress, doesn't it feel great. Every minute does count! I over did the sweets while we were out of town, so I'm kicking up the cardio to make up for the splurge.

Can you believe it's almost been a week? How are you doing? I've been doing some type of exercise everyday, even if it's 15 minutes. I'm starting to feel a difference already, yeah!
