It sounds like that would be a better way to keep up with you since you aren't on here much. I'm trying to be on Spark more because I find the accountability helpful but it is hard to make the time to do it. :/

Thanks for the comment on my blog. I tried the past two days to switch around my food. I've been eating a snack around noon, dinner around 4 and then my "lunch" (sandwich) in the evening. That is working for now as I've been in more control.
